We have a production site that is in need of updating to newest version of Ultimo Theme. This is to address latest patches that have been released. When we install magento patch SUPEE-6788 everything is successfull but theme has problem due to outdated version of support for Magento patch. Person who updates theme will do this on a development server using Git best practices for collaboration. Must know and understand child theme and Magento best practices. I personally attempted it but was not successful not sure if some essential Magento base files were overwritten at some time and thats why it could possibly not be working. Person hired will be focused on getting a functional site with newest update.
