I'm a Toronto fashion photographer [login to view URL] and would like to dabble in producing my own underwear line. My goals are not necessarily to make a lot of money from this, but I would like to offer my product online and to boutique underwear stores in Canada. I'd like to photograph my own product for web and look books, and apply to show at a few local fashion shows, using my contacts in the industry. Design-wise, I do have ideas in my head of what I would like to see, so I would need to work with someone who can help make those ideas come to life on paper and in prototypes for manufacturing. Previous clothing *underwear* design is an asset. Styles would be Trunks, Briefs, Jock/Bikini. Some "themes" that come to mind would be: Sexy; Alluring; Revealing; Body Confident. You should also have contacts in manufacturing who can interpret your design (fabric/colours/style/sizes/fit) who can produce a product based on our work together. Your quote bid should be specific, in terms of what you are including. In other words, if you are able to meet all of my needs above (Design, Prototype, Logo Design, Manufacturing Quantities) please include that in your bid. Thanks.
