Develop a corporate identity

I need a corporate identity for a general consultant company with focus on the IT industry. The main product of the company is a Quiz style e-learning platform with a corporate audience (not primarily focused on end users). The company will evolve with several products/services so the identity should not lean/reflect the QUIZ style product. A domain name for .COM and .SE must be available for the identity name. The identity name should be short, easy to spell, and not contain any spaces. A logo for the identity is also wanted. A name for the quiz-style product within the company identity is wanted. A logo for the quiz style product that in some way follows the main corporate design is requested as well. A theme that allows for future products within the corporate identity to follow the same line of design should be taken into consideration. Call the future products/services "Service2" and "Service3" when illustrating this.
