CONTRACT FOR ENTERTAINMENT MARKETING & ENDORSEMENT (immediate hire for right person)

The contract has various elements and separate clauses and protections will be required to be written in. It may be necessary to split up the agreement for example the digital promotion contract is separate to the endorsement deal. ELEMENTS/DETAILS: > Endorsement deal (flat fee paid over season 1 of the tv show) + percentage of advertising income from the show > Digital promotion (social media promotional work for the production company) guarantees and limitation of liability particularly when they don't respond to or provide things in a timely manner > Sponsorship representation - we will rep them for sponsorship on SM accounts with agreed percentage. > protections if the show is cancelled, limitation of liability, penalties for late payment, ownership of social media accounts, sponsorship representation agreement, non/limited disclosures and other elements that arise during drafting. some adaptation to California law is required please (see note below on this). Such is the nature of any contract drafting, we would need to communicate back and forth and your suggestions/advice on things to consider/think about are essential throughout the process.
