I am looking for someone with UK legal skills to write a contract between two parties to mutually agree the following: 1. Buyer to pay £35,000 to the seller for the purchase of retail shelving, ecommerce website and domain. 2. Agreement is linked to a master business/property agreement that is being drafted by a 3rd party 3. If the agreement (2) is mutually terminated then the £35,000 is returned back to the buyer with no interest charges. So effectively if agreement (2) is complete the transaction is fully complete, if not the agreement is void the and money is returned to the buyer. This needs to include a NDA to maintain its confidentially between the two parties. Needs to be kept nice and simple but protection both parties interests.
