Angularjs / Bootstrap / Admin Themes Demo

There is an existing Angularjs + Admin Theme + Bootswatch simple demo application available here. [login to view URL] Currently the Admin theme + Bootswatch integration is implemented in components/admin-bootswatch directive. Keep the existing demo functionality /menu items as is. However the existing demo should be extended with three additional "admin" directives / themes. 1. admin-simple (which will be based on the current admin-bootswatch minus all the related bootswatch code / functionality - remove the top theme switcher also) - This directive will implement a very simple admin interface (without any theme switcher) You can find the original admin theme source code here - [login to view URL] then select Starters and choose Admin 2. admin-sb - integrate [login to view URL] - existing functionality should continue to work (but without any theme switcher) 3. admin-sb2 - integrate [login to view URL] existing functionality should continue to work (but without any theme switcher). For admin-sb and admin-sb2 reorganize the existing user related top menus (Login, Profile etc.) and make them look the same way you see in the live demos of startbootstrap-sb-admin and startbootstrap-sb-admin respectively. Move all the themes directives source code under components/themes folder (i.e. components/themes/admin-bootswatch, components/themes/admin-simple, etc.) The delivered code should work fine and should be free of any warnings and/or errors at build and/or runtime.
