We're looking for a cost-ffective but highly capable contractor with the following expertise - Html, html5 and w3c xhtml coding expertise - CSS - Joomla 1.6 and 1.5 template creation - CB Community Builder for joomla template plugin creation - Knowledge of php preferable but not essential. Inputs for the project are CSD files of key pages, a style guide and wireframes for pages not yet designed. Outputs are complete templates suitable for Joomla 1.6 and for Community Builder plugin for Joomla that can be handed to our backend developer. Each template to be put into an implementation package ready for import into Joomla containing: • /[login to view URL] : main template file • /[login to view URL] : Joomla! component file • /[login to view URL] : template thumbnail for Joomla! • /[login to view URL] : XML data for template • /css/ : directory of CSS used in the template • /images/ : directory of any images used in the template • /js/ : directory of any Javascript/Jquery files used in the template Ideally we're looking for a capable, cost-effective off-shore business to undertake the project. The website has around 15-20 individual pages. We will probably trial a contractor with one or two first to ascertain quality and speed, then award the rest of the project. Quotes for services be provided on an hourly or daily basis.
