Appointment Booking System -- 3

I need to create a module called Diagnosis and Repair Booking which is part of a system. I am using Netbeans with the GUI builder. Customers can make a Diagnosis and Repair Booking Diagnosis is the act of finding a reported fault Repair is the act of fixing that fault The fixing of a fault may require a repair to a part on the vehicle Or the ordering and installation of new working part. Each Repair booking is carried out on a vehicle by one mechanic whose hours spent on the repair are recorded. Each mechanic has a fixed hourly cost rate. Each booking is of variable time duration and uses one bay (out of 6) in the garage. Each bay is occupied by only one vehicle. The opening hours are mon-fri 9am-530pm and sat 9am-12pm Current Mileage must be recorded during the booking. You can view and edit bookings. Lists of bookings can be viewed and edited on hourly, daily and monthly basis. This will eventually be linked to a database and other modules which will be Customer Account, Vehicle Record, Parts, Schdeduled Maintenance Booking, however I will link them all together later.
