Cybersource java SOAP client

Cybersource is a well known credit card payment processor with a SOAP interface. The public SOAP interface is described at: http://www.cybersource.com/developers/integration_methods/simple_order_and_soap_toolkit_api/soap_api/html/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#href=[login to view URL] In particular, we would like to use Oracle Java (version 7) to develop a sample program to authorize and capture a charge. If you look at this document for Apache / AXIS there is a simple demonstration program ([login to view URL]) you can download and a few commands to get it working. Unfortunately the instructions and sample don't work anymore for modern computers and software versions. So this job is to create a sample java program that works that we can use as a template. The requirements are that it work for Oracle Java 7 SE (64 bit). Scripts and commands should work on Ubuntu 14.04 (64 bit). We don't use any build tool like Maven or ant so any prerequisite jars must be noted or included in the build script. Only well known open source jars (like apache) would be permissible and must build using current or recent versions. The deliverable is a working program and the "idiot mode" build instructions.
