Cluster Analysis in Java

This is a quick project to write a simple Cluster Analysis algorithm in Java (bonus if you handle the C# translation for us as well). It will be one single function, that will take a collection of Latitudes/Longitudes (anywhere from 50 to 300), and classify each as a member of a cluster. For example, the function would go through 300 locations, and in this example,? it might determine there are 10 different clusters.? Each of those 300 locations would then be labeled with a third attribute, the "ClusterNumber" which would be 1-10 in this example.
