I am looking for someone who can help create my weather app for android that I have designed. I am really new to Android programming and don't know where to start. The UI is the main part as it has many animations and custom looks. The data for that weather app is obtained in JSON format so the programmer should have experience with this. All information is layed out in the attached PDF.
