Our product was originally used for treating ADHD disorders. We want to focus on its ability to improve memory capability in order to improve success chance in schools or prior to filtering exams for universities / colleges. Build a marketing strategy for penetrating the Korean market, while answering the following topics 2. Reviewing the research that has been done (will be provided at a later stage) and adding any relevant material based on your own knowledge The strategic plan should include answers to the following questions: 1. Which costumer segment should we address? 2. What are the channels that should be used to address the potential clients? 3. What should be the target price during each stage of the penetration period and afterwards? 4. What are the main marketing values and main themes 5. Should there be some sort of "promotions" or bundles in order to accelerate the initial sales? 6. What methods should be used to attract the clients? 7. What is the right channel to market the new product (eg. Internet, forums, PR, combination) 8. Who should be our potential partners? 9. Should we use some sort of local representative? 10. Is a cartoon avatar a good idea for Korea? as the product "facing" Please take into consideration: 1. Our vision is penetrating the market, using mainly the web, at minimum costs 2. we operate from Israel. The plan should relate this matter.

This is very interesting item. I am Korean-Canadian who does different types of business activity with Asian Companies. I do online and offline marketing counselling for mid-size companies. Since Korea is number one market in the world for any education related business. 1. Best target segment is elementary to middle school because this age segment where all the parents have positive hope on their academical progress. they are willing to spend their money if this program helps their kids to focus on study. 2. since you mention that you want to start with minimal investment, you can start with power blogers, parent forums and private institute to add as extra curriculum. 3. it is also depends on where you target, you can start with trial version and start charging mid range online program price around 30 to 70 usd range. 4. as marketing aspects, I don't want to make this miracle thing that everyone will improve rapidly. you can put it as practical way of program similar to language course. They learn language through online, they don't expect to be fluent in short term of period. 5. Yes you need that for sure. I used to help English language school as business counselor. You should make some kind of periodical program for example, try for 6 months then you will see minimum of that result. this is best selling point. give them hope to improve. if that really work, this is where your business will succeed in Korea and china. no more space, let me know if you want more.

Hi, I'm native Korean and would like to apply for this job. I have read your website with great interest, which has helped me understand the nature of your product. I would build a strategic plan to penetrate the Korean market mostly via web with minimum cost, with answers to ten questions you asked. I would do local market research, provide all relevant information that I think you need. For the price I would give information about similar products or services in Korea and prices. Things I am unsure: 1) Question 4. What are the main marketing values and main themes -- I don't understand. Would you please explain in detail? 2) Question 10. Is a cartoon avatar a good idea for Korea? as the product "facing" -- Do you mean you would create a training program that that a cartoon avatar communicates with the client during the training course? 3) Please let me know if there is any forms or file format you prefer. 4) I have watched the videos(2 intro videos and 2 testimonials) but still not sure about the process.
