Build up marketing with profit to the business

The site needs someone who: - Have some experience in this field - Interested in gaining profit for the business - Be creative and search for possibilities - Thinks marketing is fun The best thing with this business is that it needs marketing, not only once, but as long as it exists, so this gives you an opportunity for an extra long-term work. I also want the person who takes responsibility in the marketing field to get a good amount of extra money for every sale she/he does. This gives you the fun and thrill to actually work with this and it also makes you personally interested! You will still gain a steady hourly pay for your work, but your focus will be on actually selling the resumes and therefor gaining some more money for yourself. The hourly pay is 15 dollar + 25-50 dollars extra for EVERY resume sold. If you are doing well, you will gain a lot of profit yourself. Some background: I am a digital designer and have gained a lot of customers through the years until I decided to start up a website and start selling designed resumes in Scandinavia and in English regions. I have had a lot of friends buying designed resumes before I took it further and started this new website. I have also noticed that there's not a lot of resume designers, even though it is very well needed. Basically, only a few is doing a business like this in Scandinavia!
