This is an invite for proposals for Bulk email marketing using any of the three key tools MailWizz Interspire or POWER MTA. Extra costs based on the proposal as agreed will be finalized & budget amended suitably where required. We have purchased email lists of about 100,000 emails and need either of these options: 1. To get a platform payable on a monthly basis for which to send bulk emails in bits for different products. We will need costs based on how many emails can be delivered within specific times. 2. Advice on how this can be set-up on our server without the risk of blacklisting for SPAM. We are flexible with budget depending on detailed proposal and demonstrable evidence of the [login to view URL] of a working platform is a must for us to award.
