Adsense website earn Atleast $20 a Day

Hello I am looking for a freelancer who can provide the following service: * Generate earnings through Google Adsense of a minimum (atleast) of $20 per day * Use ONLY white-hat techniques * Use ONLY policies and techniques which are in strict compliance with Google Adsense policies. * Milestone will be created AND released only when the first Google Adsense payment is received * You will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining, managing and promoting the website in what ever methods necessary with the exception of registering the domain name and providing the web hosting as long as the methods chosen comply with the terms stated earlier. I will only be providing the following: * a domain name (one will be registered once you state which domain name to register) * web hosting (we own our own servers) * Google Adsense ad codes I will not use or order web hosting services through any other provider.
