My magento website is currently using 1043 tables and 203.28 MB database size. I need this to be reduced as my limit is 1000. I need this to be far less. If you have experience in this please send me message with how you plan to execute this project.

Talking about the magento database table size, ideally I would try to remove any unwanted extensions to reduce the table size. As a good practice, magento shouldn't have more than 500 tables but I wonder why you have more than 1000 tables? Share the staging website access with me and I will get on it straight away.
