I need someone to convert my company manual (12 pages) to an electronic format to be email to clients and create my company manual into html email format to create a bulk email marketing campaign. I also need someone whom can convert comma delimited zip files to excel spreadsheets.

The conversion of the comma delimited zip files to excel spreadsheets is something that I can do very, very quickly. The conversion of the company manual into html email may take a little more time, but can be easily done.
