Create one page in HTML5 (few animations)

Hello, I'm studying for advertising, and school wants from me portfolio website. Design is done, all pages are almost done. BUT the intro page has some animations so looking for smb who can do it. I've attached screenshot with watermark for your reference. Things highlighted in blue color are 3 menus: 1. Portfolio (link to a portfolio page) >>> 4 rotating gears (hexagons). 2. Resume (download link '[login to view URL]') >>> 1 rotating gear (hexagon). 3. Contacts (link to a bottom page of my html, cuz my website going to be one-page where you scroll basically) >>> 2 rotating gears (hexagons). - Gears/hexagons in my head are rotating clockwise or counter-clockwise depending on a gear (same mechanic of gears rotation like inside any watch). -If you hover any of these 3 hexagon groups, lets say you hover portfolio hexagons, the one with 4 hexagons. They become white as you can see in the reference image, and all objects highlighted with Red color are appearing with any kind of animated transition. (I prefer from really small to the size it is now in a chaotic order. Starting from 0 opacity to 100). If you have better idea you're welcome. - If you hover on the Resume or Contacts hexagons same thing happens but with different objects that should be appearing around my face). - My face is also a link. So If you hover on my face it changes to the same face but with a closed eye (for example '[login to view URL]' to '[login to view URL]'). And if you click its gonna load pop-up HTML page. I'm telling about links, pop-ups etc just FYI and reference. You just create any dummy link, so when i open html file i can just insert my link instead of dummy one. Hope everything is clear.
