I have just set up recurring payments with paypal, and need the code they have provided me added to my website. I know this is very easy to do but do not have the expertise to do it. Secondly, I want to have a chat with whomever is doing this about what Paypal calls Perl, I want to know if I can set up a database on my account, and hold people's login's I only have a few clients as of now and may not be worth it. This bid is just for the paypal button integration, but would like to talk to the winner about the perl.

I have 7 years of experience with HTML, and have helped other people add PayPal buttons to their website in the past. As you say, it is very easy if you know HTML. I'm not sure what you mean by PERL integration--do you mean using the perl programming language with PayPal's API? If this is the case, I have some experience with perl (I used it extensively for about a year and a half, but have not touched it since about 3 years), and I should be able to help you determine how to achieve what you'd like to do.
