Bitcoin futures exchange

We intend to make a bitcoin futures exchange, similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Only for senior developers with knowledge about futures and cryptocurrency On the exchange will be traded futures on bitcoin and litecoins to the dollar. All trades will be settled in bitcoins. So people create account, deposit bitcoins or litecoins, and after that can post offers and bids on futures. The system should update without refreshing the screen with modern html5 technology. Further implementation of google authenticator / email verification and maybe sms code verification for withdrawals. There will be margin requierements, and positions should get manually/automatic (optionally) be liquidated in the market when trader has not enough funds for his position. In such a way that no trader should go bankrupt. (positions should be liquidated before arriving to that point). The project is not complete as described here, so a making a fixed price will be impossible now, and project has an open budget, but I expect to spend at the very least 10.000USD. First of all I want to find a developer/team of developers who I trust can do the job. I am not looking for some lowest offer. So only senior developers please.
