create illustrations for a game

The task is to create an illustration with a road going through various part of London, see attached. This is for a game (but not for mobile devices) and circles with level numbers will be placed along the road. The illustration must be horizontal, colorful, cartoon style (like the popular board games on Play store: Candy Crush etc), be full and pleasant for eye. The iconic buildings should not be exact replicas of existing, but should be similar enough to easily recognise the building. Top of the illustration should be different forms of skyline. Bottom varies but ideally fading away into a constant green mass for landscapes, dirty blue for rivers and grey for cities. The main characters in the game are colorful sidewalk paving blocks. These have specific colors, and an image will be sent later. These blocks are fighting against angry road asphalt masses. Also a small splash screen (for main screen before entering the game) is required, to be based on the main illustration. Also some additional graphics around the game's board itself.
