It will have two level of members the free members and subscriptions members. free members can see all ads but there will be limitations on publications Subscription member will have full access Each member will get a profile page with the registration. The indexing/categories will be : - news - ask for a service or product - offer/sell a service or product subcategories will consider accordingly There is need to be a feedback/evaluation system in collaborated transactions There is need to be age restrictions in registration for certain publications, and each publication should be valuated The above descrive in general the main concept. There are several points that have to be discussed in detailed and every experienced advice will be considered. Full Analysis shoud be done at first and later step to build the site.
