We are from New Delhi, India and locals are better to be coordinated with, but if you read all this and think that yeah you can do all that online and this is what you need to do. Feel comfortable to bid. This is not a project, Its a callout to the designers and developers who have been working alone and have been wanting to work with some team/organization/brand/community. We are initiating our small startup where we dont hire those who really contribute, cause hiring doesnt pay you anything, what does, is the amount, the respect, the credit you get for each of those. The status you get through your exact working hours. Those who think that the whole months working hours are not just to be converted into small figures and paper experiences can bid, Those who want to influence the world by work and their ethics for it. Your roles: they would be simple and will be told before you are about to start it, what credits you get, what part you play. The bottom line: We are not a Giant IT, we are not hiring for getting our work done. We want to build a good community to build, create and design some stuffs from bottom up for ouselves to take pride and credits and to provide great clients from great brands the things they deserve at a cost we all deserve wearing the same hood. The Most Important Part: you will have to contribute as much as possible, you will all see that we are not rich people, we are not great on capital either, but we are all great in learning, and building stuff and Great Ideas, If you feel are the same.
