Design an App Mockup

We are Dutch based company, operating in call center activity using our own software. At this moment, we are improving the software for external use. This means, that everyone can make use of this software who is a one person, or multi person call center. The main techniques used The main techniques behind this call system are: 1- Web RTC allowing all users to call from behind their own computers with a simple browser like Chrome or Firefox - it is 100% web based; 2- A call queue with behind several algorithms, showing the most important calls to be done for a call agent; 3- A dashboarding tool which gives a real time insight into important KPI’s 4- A superior campaign management tool enabling to manage and view the results of main campaigns 5- An in- and outbound email system receiving and sending out emails And so forth! Distinguishing element compared to other outbound call systems As there are many systems in outbound calling, the points mentioned above are on itself not unique. What should make it unique is: 1- A super simple and easy to use graphic (call) interface to be used without any instructions (monkey proof) 2- In a cheap (almost free) option We are currently looking for highly talented Graphic designer to help us built the interface. Our Requirements: • Web design talent; • Scrum agile methodology experience; • Experienced in creating of high quality user interfaces; • Technical skills for web-design; • Fluent in English; Russian is great advantage, • Proactive and stick to deadlines; • Experience with design and interfaces of web based call systems is highly appreciated; Show us your best examples of graphic and web designs of different web-based call applications.
