Looking for a receipt programmer to duplicate/re-create a thermal receipt template based on a pre-fabricated receipt (sample will be provided to successful candidate). The printer device is an Epson TM-T88V model (M244A) direct thermal printer, to be connected to a Windows 10 PC via USB. The template should be a very reasonable facsimile of the sample (landscape layout, margins, font type & size, bold font, etc.), in which the content of several fields must be able to be manually changed (e.g. by directly editing the template, or by other means as recommended by the programmer), while the majority of other contents on the template will be fixed content. Please note the receipt sample uses font sizes ranging from XXL to small. I'm uncertain whether the thermal printer actually supports very large fonts, or a logo may have to be used to produce/print the very large font content. The printed receipt is about 80mm x 160mm in size (thermal paper dimensions).

What programming language would you like to print from? Java, Python, PHP, C/C++ or what? Thermal printers don't use "drivers" in the usual sense. You have to write the code in to change font size, font face color, print graphics and specify widths and lines in very low-level, language-specific ways.

We use the TM-T88V in our kiosks to print receipts so I am familiar with the printer and how to interface with it. As part of this project I would include a GUI program that would allow you to enter the variable data for printing.
