Create a Mobile Landing Page Creation platform

here is the sample of outcome I need: [login to view URL] The software basically will generate that kind of mobile site for non techie users The platform should have 1. Header User can import file from computer for header image 2. 1st line It can be images or Text. User can edit it with short code (similar like Microsoft Words short code box) 3. Add a line This is a button to add another line, when user click it, the box with short code will appear just like the 1st line. 4. Footer This is where the user can fill in their contact detail such as name, telp no, email. User can edit it with short code for a text not for images. Preview Page this page is where user can see directly how the landing page looks like as user edit it. 5. Save button will generate URL, like [login to view URL] and the url will be stored at the username's account & can be edited. While the landing page php file will be sent to admin's storage where admin only can recall it. 6. Users Management Panel Gold membership can create up to 10 url Platinum--20 url Titanium--30 url 7. Admin can manage all usernames membership, terminate or extend. if the membership is terminated automatically the url will be deleted/offline.
