Convert Flash file to HTML5

I am a webdesigner from Berlin, Germany and want to convert your flashbanner. Please give me some details and show me the flash files. The advertising networks have special requirements for adverts. For example the filesize is limited to 150 kb maximum for banners at Google AdWords and some other advertising networks. Which advertising company do you use? Adobe released animate cc a few months ago, which supports native html5 format: [login to view URL] Basically animate cc is the replacment software for flash.
