I am looking to develop an IOS app that will be utilized to detect potholes on government roads, neighborhood streets, and highways. The app will use sensors on the phone to recognize when a vehicle shakes or trembles when it drives over a hole in the ground. Also the app should be able to detect areas where a drivers swerve (in order to avoid potholes.) The app will then utilize GPS location to detect, store, then submit to a server the exact location where a pot hole was encountered. It should be able to be viewed by various city municipals to monitor potholes around the city that they need to fill/patch up. The app should be able to show how many times a specific location sets off the detectors to demonstrate high priority locations that need to be filled. I need a logo, user inter-phase, and functionality with back end developed. Please give me a total price for the projects entirety with a time frame of which it can be completed in.
