We are looking for a web “designer/developer” to build a classified website inspired from ([login to view URL]) and ([login to view URL]). The design should be in ARABIC language only (Right-to-Lift). Only who is expert in ARABIC language. No auto translate. The website should be automated, and controlled by full control panel to change each and manage each element of the site. The website will include features from both ([login to view URL]) and ([login to view URL]). I want to ensure high quality of the site programing and its security. We need a demonstration that the requirements are fully understood. The domain name and the site logo are available. Payment 1 You can build the website and test it on your own server, first. Once the website is tested, working and completed in your server, it will be transferred to our server to be tested to make sure that it has been transferred okay. Then we can release half of the payment (1/2). Payment 2 We will input our own description; and test the control panel. After we make sure that all is working fine, and the website is live, quarter of the payment will be released (1/4). Payment 3 A full month of support is required, after the second payment. Then the final amount of payment will be released (1/4). Note: we will not accept a bid for more than 500 USD
