I require an app built for a raspberry pi. We will be using an raspberry pi and the 7" touchscreen on a demonstration unit which will be displaying an graphic on the screen - one side of the graphic when pressed will need to activate relay output 1 on the relay output and when the otherside of the screen is pressed the relay 1 will need to deactivate and relay 2 activate. in the middle of the screen i will need a pressure reading to be displayed. this data will be coming from an 4-20ma pressure transducer via an analogue to digital converter. i have attached the graphic of what we need to be displayed on the screen - when the raspberry pi is booted it will need to run the application straight away and the only way to exit the program is to shutdown the pi. the relay module used is: [login to view URL] and the ADC converter for the pressure sensor is: [login to view URL]

Hello, I have used the Raspberry PI module for many projects including home automation, video surveillance, media center, small website hosting; I have also used peripherals such as GrovePI, SenseHAT, UnicornHAT. I also have many years of experience with Linux and Python. For this project I would build a web-application using Python and have Chrome launch at startup in kiosk mode with the web-application opened. I prefer building web interfaces because they are compatible with many devices and can be easily updated if necessary. Best wishes, iticus

Hi, I have worked on several projects using Raspberry pi and Arduino. This project requires reading and controlling of analog signal and relay output. I looked in to the relay module and sensor module you are planning to use here. I have used PiFace relay before. We can write an application that will automatically start after boot and will show the UI in fullscreen. There are several way we can implement this project like using Arduinio with raspberry pi, with a cheap android tablet with arduino etc. Thanks!

Good morning! I'm an electronics/software engineer with 10 years expirience in RFID systems (ISO15693 - incl. long range devices and ISO14443 ) and more than 10 year expirience in C/C++ programming. My last project based on Raspberry Pi was a "hands free" ski resort turnstile (Functions: reading and writing data on tag - >50cm range, gate control, height sensor, 2D animated graphic, TCP/IP, SQLite local database). Load of devices(ski resort gates) that I worked on is thousands of use per day and they work 24/7. For Your project I will use Raspbian and SDL library for 2D graphic (without X server -I think there is no sense to start X in Your application), which I have tested and which works for my customer in professional devices. I can give You help with configuring Raspberry Pi for 24/7 use (r/o partition for the system; r-w for variable data, etc.). We can discuss the best solution for You that depends on other factors like load of the system, environment of use the device, etc. I can get You VAT UE invoice.
