Build a Wordpress Isotope Filtering Website

Currently we have existing Avada based website, want to transform it into this:- Need a fast and lightweight, well-supported theme, that is fast on desktop and mobile and that can allow us to basically recreate the existing design. The theme must work with a THEME INDEPENDENT drag & drop page builder. The theme needs to work with CPT preferably Types Toolset (unless there is good reason to use another). The theme must support isotope portfolio technology. The them needs to support WPML and be SEO friendly. We need a CHAT plugin which will work on at least a single desktop and one mobile phone. FILTER/COMPARE/LIKE The portfolio needs the new CPT and CPT design to look as per existing CATEGORY view (or very similar) but INCLUDE a COMPARE button instead of a BOOK button (see attached). We require the existing CPT data currently held in a database to be exported/imported to the new CPT. The isotope portfolio technology we want is this multi-filtering and sorting feature, (which is faster than ajax):- [login to view URL] (see multi-filtering down this page) [login to view URL] We understand that the filters will be only buttons and we will require a little assistance in defining the fields to create a good user experience when filtering. We will edit/enter the data required. We need the ability to include/exclude specific categories from specific pages. We need COMPARE to feature on the CTPs in portfolio view and on the product page. Possibly this or similar (perhaps one that allows you to add/delete options as you surf [login to view URL] We would like a favourite "HEART" function to allow a user to review liked items on the category page. OFFERS The CPT in admin section view needs to have up to 5 custom fields to be made visible in QUICK EDIT view, for offers text to be entered efficiently by us and the website to use on the category view and product view. Offers to "appear" on CPT (CATEGORY view) either similar to as they do now ie fields of offers scroll, or an alternative method to view eg button/mouse-over. PRODUCT PAGE On a product page, we need to fix issue with URLs not updating from staging server or replace ilightbox plugin with a lightweight alternative to show product images in a lightbox like this (see image) OTHER Cookies notice - we need this to be added Webmaster tools error free, sitemaps, SEO ready WE DON'T NEED Ecommerce system - there is a payment link generating system for creating a payment link, we need to maintain this. We don't need you to remake all the pages, as long as the framework and the page maker is there. WE DO NEED A fast website on mobile and desktop, scoring 80+ on Google Page Speed and great score on GTMetrix etc. The site needs to offer a great user experience. We need a solution based on the above criteria. The website needs to be easily upgradeable when WP or theme/plugins upgrade. Please ask any questions, thank you for looking
