1. I need to build a WordPress-based directory that enables users to search for universities. • The directory should allow users to filter universities and academic programs according to predefined multiple categories such as location, degree level, accreditation and more. • The Website should be able to list multimedia content on featured universities and academic programs. 2. I have a data base (word document) and want the developer to feed the website with the data base. 3. The website needs to be ready to be used as a foundation for an Android and OS apps in the future. 4. The developer might need to customize or create a new theme if no existing theme is capable of meeting the job description. I need the developer to propose to me a theme that can do the job if available. 5. The developer might need to customize or create plug-ins if no plug-ins exist to meet requirements. 6. The website needs to be of high quality in functionality and design. The quality, design, feel and like should be similar to these websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 7. Wordpress has limitations for module driven websites such as yours. Post types are not suitable for directory websites. MVC has a lot of advantages and much more advanced and scalable that Wordpress. I propose to build your website using Laravel or Symfony 2 depending on your server options. And use AngularJS in the frontend. The backend will be built using an existing Bootstrap Admin.
