I want a simple website for a small IT company located in Queensland. The website is only about the services we offer, contact detailed and references of projects. However, I expect good graphics. Upon award I can : - Provide details of company name - Provide details of logo - explain about services we do and our target audience. I expect all graphics to be highly applicable to the target market. - I will provide links to example website. I will do this project by milestones: 1. Milestone 1 - Upon agreed website layout, 20% 2. Milestone 2 - Upon agreed images, 20% 3. Milestone 3 - Ready for review package, 20% 4. Milestone 4 - Changes incorporated, 20% 5. Milestone 5 - Handover of files in correct software format, 20%. Finally, I am expecting quick turnaround on this project. I will look at completion rates and completion on time to decide on most suitable freelancer.
