I need to build a website similar to [login to view URL] with slight modifications. Its a website site for a medical clinic and will most likely have 10-15 pages. I need a box on the right that slides down as the viewer slides down the page, so its always in the viewers eye sight. It will say 'Make an appointment now' and this will be linked to an external widget which will be installed by another company. Also I need a slightly different looking slider to the current one on http://clinico.creaws.com. Basically, below the slider I need boxes that display each slide and have a link to each slide. I can explain you in detail the requirements of this later, but its not too complex.
