Build a Website

I am looking for a professional to help build a website that serves as a platform for bookkeepers/accountants and clients. The website will enable clients to purchase a monthly membership depending on their bookkeeping/accounting/tax needs. Similar to [login to view URL], bookkeepers and accountants will then be able to communicate with the client via the website. Clients will transfer all data and document via the website through their account and in turn all data and documents submitted by the client will be transferred to the assigned bookkeeper. Features will include: Website design Admin panel to control the website and assign specific accountants to clients The ability for clients to choose from several monthly packages during sign up User profiles for both accountants and clients. A dashboard for both accountants and clients The ability for client to upload info to their account and submit that info to the accountant for review and work (doc, pdf, jpg, etc…) The ability for accountants to work on clients data and submit completed work to the clients account (dashboard). General Ledger and platform for transaction entry The ability for clients to manually enter income, expenses, categories for their entries,– and then the ability for that same client to view, print or download a snapshot of their account, financial statements, etc… A resource center for both clients and accountants (which will include articles, blogs and links for educational purposes) The ability for clients and accountants to communicate "securely" via messaging and video (if possible) The ability for client and accountant to exchange documents, save documents in a secure filing cabinet. A filing cabinet for accountants to save and organize client documents by name and date. The ability for accountants to track work and save how many hours he/she invested working on each project. A priority list submitted to each accountant via the admin. The list will assign accountants and bookkeepers to specific jobs and clients with due dates, etc... The ability for clients (themselves) or the accountant (by having access to clients account) to issue invoices to their customers and update their account when that invoice is paid The ability for clients to build a profile that will serve the accountant to better understand the client's needs. The ability for the accountant or bookkeeper to access the clients dashboard and do all of the work for them (enter income, expenses, general journal, ledger, income statements, balance sheet, accounts payable, accounts receivable, issue invoices and update them, etc… A calendar for accountants and clients to enter reminders, etc... A calculator. The ability for client to take a photo of a receipt and upload that photo to his/her account, save it or send it to their bookkeeper. In short, instead of a client having to walk into an office for bookkeeping/accounting and tax work, the client can work with a professional bookkeeper or accountant via the website. Clients cannot choose their accountant or bookkeeper. The client signs up, fills out a series of questions pointing out work that needs to be done (one time or recurring), fill out questions about personal info, purchase a package and then the admin (management) will assign an accountant or bookkeeper to the client. Client dashboard features will depend on the membership the client purchases.
