Build a Website

Looking for a person who can design a method for both website and app to have a website that provides real estate data in a similar manner to Zillow or Trulia. In other words, I do not wish to copy either Zillow or Trulia, but instead provide the same enormous quantity of information which results in a home value based on address and over time. I seek to then have additional features that neither Zillow or Trulia have or use. I have created an algorithm on paper that is very very accurate. First, I need the path to generate a similar type of site with contacts of who and where the information is purchased or gathered from (Point2 or Yardi) the MLS listings. I need to know a path to collect and collate and reprocess the information into my algorithm (later) so that my unique product can occur. Again, I do not want a clone or copy of Zillow or Trulia. I want a road map to build a similar infrastructure. Perhaps even a mock up of something that show visually the maps, houses, satellite data, and MLS data. This is a several stage project.
