Hello, I have read the document and have a few questions: 1. Are you currently using any mass emailing system (like say mailchimp) or do we need to integrate one? 2. Will members need to complete a linked in type profile? 3. Please specify the SMS gateway to be used for notifications. That I suggest that we schedule a discussion wherein we can explain and have demonstration about the similar projects we have done. We will provide mock up design with unlimited revision(if required). Will the payment for event tickets be routed through the admin or will it be paid directly to the event poster? Hi, Generally speaking a website with your design elements would be difficult to turn into a mobile friendly site WHILST keeping those elements. I can create a mobile site with the same colour palette however I think the more cost effective way would be to create a new website from scratch with a responsive design. We can keep the same page structure and give it a design update. I will build it in a user friendly CMS which will allow you to edit all the details however you wish without needing a developer once set up. I have quoted for a full re design that will include all the changes in your project description. I also have a lot of experience working with mailchimp and suggest offering some behind the scene's or something that the viewer will want to see as a reason to give you their email.
