Build a Website

Hi, I would like to redesign and refresh website which you can find at: 1. [login to view URL] (3 language versions) New website would consist of: • Home Page – needs to be totally rearranged and I would like to add some SEO content e.g. by adding excerpts from the latest news and articles • Offer/Products – I would like to keep the content as it is but again I’m expecting graphic rearrangement and I would like to divide the content so that it will be more vertically aligned meaning that I will divide my offer not by products and services that I have but by industries that I would like to address. • News – classic CMS approach I would like it to allow me to add and edit news categorize them etc • Special Offers – very similar to News section • Contact – again nothing out of ordinary, I expect here nicely arranged contact and geolocation info and contact form • Live Chat – this is new feature that I want to add and I think it’s pretty self-explanatory what it should do Generally I have all the content and graphics so I would like to rebuild and rearranged this content that I already have with focus on: • Usability, “easy to use”, ”easy to navigate”, elegant • SEO friendly content and design especially that I already have URLs that are high in Google SERP which I would like to keep this way and there are also some parts of the website that have URL construction which is a nightmare for every SEO geek (e.g those freaking tabs in “Offer” section). I want to make it better • Mobile devices – simply it has to work and look good on mobile devices Currently the well known magic combo of PHP and MySQL is used to run the website and probably I would like not to change this unless I will be convinced that some other technologies have some unique values that would be ideal for my use case If something is missing that stops You from presenting me how much I would have to pay for this or something is unclear don’t hesitate to contact me
