Build a Website

I need custom made facebook quiz website script similar to [login to view URL] or meaww.com. I need some specific features added to it on top of the ones that the above mentioned websites have. Website should be responsive and mobile friendly 1) Main page to showcase all quiz and their pic. 2) Sub page for each quiz where user gets their results, after user receives results they should get a pop up with invitation to share the results like at [login to view URL] 3)Admin panel Should be able to create custom flexible quizes 3.1. From admin panel i should be able to create the following type of script scenarios: User results from scripts should be gender based, aka have separate images generated for male and female users where the script should pick the gender from the users profile by using the facebook API. 3.2 Generated results from each script should be spinned from list of images, and they should also have spinnable text 3.3 I should be able to add X number of questions with 4 answers each before user gets his final result and the final result should be based on the answers of those questions. 3.4 I should be able to create quizes where in the generated result images i can add user friends images into the result image.
