I need someone who combines artistic talent with a knowledge of how modern commercial websites look and feel. An artist not a techie. Someone who can mock up the "look", colours, fonts and format and select attention-grabbing, beautiful images to help me get my message across. I am expecting to have to pay for images from Shutterstock or similar... I would prefer to do the css, html etc. I'd like to keep the look clean and the design simple. My targets are UK accountants, so this needs to be professional and look like I am a large software house without being cluttered and full of client-side nonsense which will take a lot of expensive testing on many devices.
