I'm a real estate agent with REMAX, and I need to build a great website that is mobile friendly and capable of providing all the service the buyers and sellers are looking for. I also have access to IDX and would like it to be part of it so buyers can do and get all the real estate info they need without having to go outside (other websites) to look for the information. The focus is the have a website that can provide the service they need without feeling the need to leave or be bored. Eventually, I will need to create a marketing and internet presence while adding Facebook and other media places.I also need to look into landing pages and find ways to target sellers, people looking to sell their homes.
