hello, i want to own a website/ online store, that allows people to easily sell stuffs to people in their area and collect payment for the item or property when they meet the buyer (pay on delivery). it will allow buyers to easily add products to cart and check out. checkout does not require any form of payment, only buyers details and contact information is required (register or log in using FACEBOOK) design of the website will be a full duplicate of the same design of [login to view URL], buyers are also provided with contact of seller. if buyer checkout, an email notification containing buyers order is sent to all sellers. buyers are requested to provide their country and state, in order to allow the site sort products and items from the buyers location. ads system is also present to allow the website generate revenue, all this and other features of the site is controlled by admin from admin panel. admin most confirm a post by a seller before it becomes public. if admin refuses, the product is not posted.
