converting a .psd file into a .pdf

we have a psd file that we are having enormous trouble trying to turn into a high resolution .pdf file. Usually using photoshop i have been able to do it easily before however with this particular file It doesn't give me the options it usually does to either print it or save it as a pdf (see attached screenshot). attached are the files. Because we need to give these to a printer we need to ensure that no resolution is lost in the conversion.

I have experience with printing offices requirements (10 years of daily press design). Instead of printing your document I rather use Adobe Illustrator to check everything and get it ready for printers. This includes outlining the fonts to avoid missing fonts in the last moment. Checking photo resolution and CMYK appearance, sometimes have to edit them a bit to get them print ready. Best regards Andrei
