Create 2 Videos @ 30 FPS Using Existing Audio and Image File Timeline from project start to project completion is NO longer than 14 days. I am in need of white board animation for a storyboard that is approximately 2.45 to 3 mins in Video #1 “How Do we perform Anesthesia Free teeth Cleaning on your pet?” was previously developed at 25 FPS. However, I never received the RAW file nor did I receive the individual images used for this video. I have the audio for the video. Storyboard of Images attached for both Videos #1 and #2 VERY Important, you must be able to draw the current characters pictures as they are in the story board spreadsheet. Video #2 “Advantages of Hosting a clinic”, no video was made and I also have the story board of images in one file. I also have the audio for the moive. I will need video done in 20 FPS [Not 25 FPS] and images reproduced for movie using the storyboard as a template. At the end of this project I will need from you, the source file for the video and images. The source file if too large to upload it , will need to be mailed to me on external hard drive to the USA and I will pay for the external drive and shipping. VERY Important, you must be able to draw the current characters pictures as they are in the story board spreadsheet. Timeline from project start to project completion is NO longer than 14 days.
