Key Features (Very high level) Required are 1) Registration of users with families in a single account 2) Various types of memberships with different features /transaction fee. 3) Scheduled and real time car pool 4) Integration with Google Maps 5) Payback Points Technically, the needs are 1) No technology constraint. 2) High Performance and workable on all the browsers 3) Workable on all android devices 4) Secured site and mobile app Will detail out the features post your offering.
