I need a website built that will send out random messages each day that I can control via email or SMS or both. The site must be able to accept donations and be capable of selling items so I'm thinking a CRE loaded or OsCommerce site might work well if the appropriate modules can be built for it. I'm not looking for a website that's just average this website must be a one-of-a-kind and function well without problems for years to come.. This site will have a comodo SSL installed on it and it will be your responsibility to see this works correctly. This website will be of religious nature sending out random words of scripture, words of encouragement and other bible versus to those who subscribe. I have several ideas and websites I like that I want the skin to resemble but the overall design will be up to you. You will be responsible for the websites graphics although I will assist with this. You feedback, advice and direction will be welcome on this project as to what the right platform will be to build this website on. This website needs to be built in a timely manner! If you can't start work right away please don't bid! While we are waiting for the site to be designed I would like a splash page put up. I will help with the basics like navigation pages, contact page and other things.

oscommerce i can install and i can do all the functionality adjustments for you for sending email or sms via admin to users. i dont do design so i need you hire a designer to do the design and built it in html/css then i will integrate the design into oscommerce for it for $300 so let me know from you.
