Am looking to build a custom website from scratch. Not a wordpress template sort of thing. Looking for a developer who understand HTML ,graphic design and can write code to design my website to my liking as I will draw some diagrams and illustrate how I want my website to be laid out. my website would have an age verification page where the visitor would verify their age before accessing main page. website would have 4 or 5 pages with large amount of gallery. I have the domain and web hosting all I need is web developer for this project. am willing to pay $300 for this project and only after am satisfied with the project if you're an amateur please don't waste your time or mine..thanks
