Build a Website

Hello, I'm looking to create a certification preparation website. The end project needs to be fairly user friendly on the backend for a novice Joomla user. The project consists of several components. I would like a logo designed. This is not a must, but I would like to work with just one vendor throughout this project I need a script developed that can do the following on the backend: sort questions by topic, adult/child patient, difficulty of the question, and blooms taxonmy level of the questions I need a script developed that can do the following on the backend:have multiple testbanks and allow questions to exist in multiple testbanks I need a script developed that can do the following on the backend: incorporate question feedback and compile the feedback from all of the incorrect answers into a .csv in a specific format so that it can be used with quizlet I need a script developed that can do the following on the backend:an ability to autogenerate an exam using fixed parameters I decide for number of questions, number of questions with each difficulty, number of questions from each topic, etc. I need someone who is familiar with amember and can install amember onto my domain along with the appropriate Joomla plugins. This part is not set in stone. I would like to talk with the developer about this and discuss what they feel would be the best option given the site design. I need someone to develop a template that is aesthetically pleasing and conforms to basic artistic rules in line with the logo. I need someone to do regular maintenance on the site. Either monthly or quarterly depending on traffic and other site needs. The ongoing component does not have to be listed into the bid. Whoever wins the bid will be given the first opportunity for continued maintenance on a regular contract. Please include in the bid the cost for designing the site (parts 1-7 above) as well as a projected timeline for project completion. I'm looking to make a decision in mid November for the provider and I'm looking to begin the project in early December.
