i have done projects kind of this in the past. though i am new to freelancer but i have made websites in a team as well as alone in my college and hometown etc. i have knowledge of html, css, php etc etc and the database also which might be required in your case. i am a very good learner and a person with a very good communication skills. i have a good net connectivity and am free as my semester have ended, so it will be easier to communicate and i might complete work sooner.
