Hello, I just went through all your requirements and WOW...you do so much manual labor. Almost all of it can be automated. System can even automatically detect when someone is due for status change (switching them to unofficial if they haven't sold tickets for a certain amount of time - and notifying your admin when someone has "earned" the official status, so they can check on their profile). Also I think payments could be more automated, but it's something to discuss further with you. As for anything Excel related - apart from initial loading of the database, I'd suggest avoid it completely. It's not user friendly + migration of data from Excel to web is always error-prone. And wouldn't you like better a nice, sweet web interface that lets you enter data easily, and even corrects you when needed? I see you suggested a Wordpress theme. That's fine, we can base this off of Wordpress. Since it's so big and serious project, I'd like to provide you with a FREE and no-obligation demo - that is - 2 or 3 features from your entire specification, in a default Wordpress theme.
